He was exposed to cooking with CIA trained chef Madeleine Leonard (NORTHVILLE MARKET) He catered high end private parties with local James Beard Award-nominated local chef, Joel Viehland (THE PINE LEAF CAFE ) and worked as a Chef de Partie & lead line cook at ORE HILL & SWYFT farm-to-table tavern style restaurant in Kent, CT. In addition, he earned wonderful reviews putting all he learned to use with our MCTG clients. |

Chef Rody was born and raised in Montreal. She was exposed to cooking and fell in love with food at an early age. Mediteranean meals are her speciality. She trained at St. Pius Culinary Institute before coming to Connecticut, Her experience includes cooking at The Royal Montreal Golf Club, Rosalie's, and Universel Restaurant.
