Chef Rody was born and raised in Montreal Quebec. She was exposed to cooking and fell in love with food at an early age. Doing it right was a priority so she enrolled in St. Pius Culinary Institute in Montreal for her training. Before coming to Connecticut, she worked for The Royal Montreal Golf Club, Rosalie, and was Head Chef at the popular Universel Restaurant. She has lived in Connecticut for the last five years. The thing I have enjoyed the most since coming to Connecticut is sharing my love for homemade food with local families and helping them enjoy wholesome, delicious meals.
